About
Attorney Erin Lentz McMahon is a compassionate and zealous advocate for those who need result-oriented legal assistance. She has specialized training as a mediator where she learned how to effectively communicate with those in conflict. Her legal experience not only includes extensive courtroom advocacy, including jury trials, but she is an accomplished legal writer who successfully drafts legal documents on behalf of her clients with a deep understanding of the importance of making strong legal arguments, objections and staying up-to-date on the current law.
She joined as a partner at the firm of McMahon, McMahon & Lentz in 2010 after operating her solo law practice from 2008-2010. The firm has evolved into McMahon, Lentz & Thompson where Mr. McMahon, Ms. Lentz McMahon and Mr. Thompson have a collaborative approach to assisting their clients in criminal and personal injury cases.
Her passion is analyzing constitutional issues arising from violations of the United States and Pennsylvania Constitutions. Our Constitution is the foundation of an individual’s rights that must be vigorously protected to ensure that there is law and justice for all.
Ms. Lentz McMahon served as a judicial law clerk for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and trial courts in both Montgomery and Adams County Court of Common Pleas where she gained invaluable knowledge and experience knowing how the court system operates and what judges are looking for when litigants appear before the Court. She is also a former prosecutor who serve din the appellate division at the Montgomery County Office of District Attorney. In addition, Ms. Lentz McMahon volunteered to represent indigent persons through the Montgomery County Legal Aid where she earned a pro bono service award and also served as a child advocate for the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project.
Other Interests
Ms. Lentz McMahon is an avid paper crafter. She is an Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator who has a Facebook group called “Creative Roses” and YouTube channel where she posts some of her creations. She is married to her law partner John McMahon, Jr. and is a step mother to three adults, and a devoted dog mom to Lagertha.
